„Body & mind” detox treatment
Intesive detoxification treatments focused on both body and mind. It includes the personal consultation and food recommendations according personal ayurvedic constitution. The result of the body nad mind detox is cleansing of the body from toxins, regular eliminination of wastes, relaxed nervous system, better sleep, harmonized organism and possible change in wrong habits and adictions. It is necessary to book the treatment 2-3 weeks in advance because before starting the treatment itself it is necessary to undergo ayurvedic consultation with recommendations of proper food patterns and cleansing medicines which should be taken 1-2 weeks before the treatments start. During the treatment the client should be in calm non-working environment and have enough rest and sleep. Mild sport activities are recommended only (walking, swimming, yoga etc). Duration miminum 7 days.
We offer 2 types of detox treatment:
1. one session per day
2. two sessions per day (morning and evening)
1. type - one session per day / 7 days (possibility to prolong up to 14 days)

- 2nd week / 8th – 14th day:
Oil massage Abhyangam (60 min)) + Shirodhara (45 min) + foot massage (25 min)
